I urge my colleagues to share, based on their many years of experience, more suggestions on how to optimize the management and operation of coal mills, so that we can all learn from each other.
1. The tie rods and hydraulic control boxes surrounding the grinder need to be protected from dust – the dust level in the surrounding environment can be quite high, especially during failures – to prevent dust from entering the oil tank or oil seals. 4. It is advisable to install cameras at the outlet of the grinder to monitor vibration levels; if possible, vibration measurement devices should also be installed

It is therefore important to ensure the health and safety of employees. 2. The operations related to removing and inserting rods in the mill must be carried out in a proper manner, and crane operations require certified personnel. Operating without a license or carrying out such tasks without supervision poses significant risks and can easily lead to injuries. 3. The stable operation of the coal grinding water pump is essential for the proper functioning of the mill. It is necessary to keep backup pumps in good condition and to regularly clean the filters at the inlet of the operating pump. 4. Before the mill is shut down for an extended period, the storage areas must be emptied, the small tanks must be cleaned thoroughly, the pumps and their inlets and outlets must also be cleaned, and the mill itself must be cleaned as well. 5. The interlocks in the mill system must be set up properly; any logical errors should be corrected promptly. It is advisable to use these interlocks whenever possible, so that losses can be minimized in case of failures. 6. Technical upgrades should be designed carefully to prevent minor oversights from affecting the normal operation of the mill. 7. Proper attention must be paid to temperature monitoring and various alarm systems in the mill system, so that issues can be detected and addressed early
Colleagues, I believe that the coal grinding plant, being a highly affected area, can help reduce noise and dust through scientific management. Place potted plants and large shrubs there; keep it spotless – that’s how to truly do things well. Managing the coal grinding plant requires not only financial investment but also a lot of attention and care.
The standby unit should be rotated regularly. A record-keeping system for steel rods should be established, with regular inspections, measurements, and rod replacements to determine the rate of wear. The operating equipment must be inspected on a regular basis; proper management of the oil supply stations is essential. Any leakage of grout from the tank bolts must be addressed promptly. When maintaining the standby unit, it should, if possible, remain in standby mode at night

Our factory conducts routine inspections after it has been in operation for more than 20 days, to ensure that there are no hidden hazards. 2) Daily analysis of the monitoring points and operational data of the coal grinding unit is essential; any issues that arise should be analyzed and addressed promptly. 3) The vibration of the coal grinder may exacerbate the operational stability of the coal grinding unit. Pay more attention to the vibration of the coal grinding unit; once the vibration increases, it is necessary to feed coal. 4) Analyze the causes of the vibration. Issues such as high operating temperatures of coal mills, and similar problems. 5) The inspection frequency of coal mills must not be reduced. Any leaks must be addressed promptly; otherwise, they will quickly turn from small leaks into large ones.
