After checking relevant information, the amount of H2S present in liquid sulfur is around 300 ppm, so degassing is necessary. But what is the H2S level above the sulfur tank? Is it experience points, or calculated?

Is a steam pump used directly to feed it into the sulfur production furnace for combustion? Should I put the device back on? What is the impact on the sulfur production furnace?
Yes, use a steam extractor directly; since the amount of desulfurization waste gas is very small, the opening degree of the steam valve is also low, so it has no impact on the sulfur production furnace. This is better than sending the gas to an incinerator, as it helps reduce the SO2 content in the flue gases.
Should it be 1.0 MPa steam or medium-pressure steam, and on the acidic gas pipeline or on the air outlet pipeline of the fan?
It is pumped using superheated steam at 1.1 MPa; it is not on the acidic gas pipeline, but rather an opening is made on the side of the sulfur production furnace to feed this desulfurization waste gas in.
1.1MPa superheated steam? What’s the temperature approximately? This is an old unit that needs to be modified; the location for making an opening in the furnace isn’t suitable. I’m thinking of making the opening on the acidic gas pipeline or on the air pipeline – what do you think? Please provide some guidance, thank you
During the shutdown for maintenance in 2015, we redirected the waste gas from sulfur liquefaction degassing to the air supply line of the sulfur production furnace; operations proceeded normally. However, after winter set in, we observed a significant drop in pressure in that air supply line, which was attributed to sulfur buildup within the pipes. After redirecting the flow, the pressure returned to normal. Yet, within less than a week of resuming normal operation, the pressure dropped again, forcing us to change the routing once more. Now we are planning to use air preheating.
