Our factory has a 502 finished product tank, and its liquid level needs to be measured; I believe that using a double-flange design is more than sufficient to meet the requirements. I was wondering if any experts have other better methods for measurement. If 502 glue is left exposed and comes into contact with trace amounts of moisture in the air, it undergoes rapid catalyzed polymerization and curing, resulting in adhesion; hence it is known as an instant adhesive. The chemical formula of 502 glue is CH2=C(CN)-COO-C2H5; it is a colorless and transparent liquid with low viscosity, and it is flammable. It is a single-component, solvent-free substance with a slightly irritating taste; it evaporates easily, and its vapor has a mild tear-inducing effect. 502 glue is somewhat toxic; its toxicity decreases after it cures, but it is still a cyano compound, and toxic substances can be produced as a result of its decomposition. It is catalyzed by moisture and humidity, rapidly polymerizing, curing, and sticking together. It is non-toxic after curing. A polyaddition reaction occurs under the catalysis of trace water in the air, leading to rapid curing and thus securing the materials to be bonded together.

The precision of double flanges should be fine. Radar should work too, right?
I would say that if an upper-layer atmosphere protection measure has been taken, then a magnetic flap level gauge can also be used.

Double-flange types are not easy to repair. I have ones that are both good and cheaper than radar types; feel free to contact me if you need them.

A servo level gauge or an immersion level gauge can be used; dual flange types are also acceptable. Radar gauges are not very suitable due to concerns regarding corrosion.
