Problem opening 11.1 version files in Aspen7.2!

When using 7.2 to open a file from 11.1, the process interface does not display the graphics for each module, nor can those modules be clicked. But the data descriptions in the original file are still visible – what’s going on? Is there a way to solve it?
The system of the poster is Windows 8 or later; to open the APW file,
Displays Wrong version (11.1) of Aspen Plus Document
The version range is wide; reduce to the current version.
Well, but it can be opened using version 8.0, so I’m wondering if it’s a display issue
