The suction capacity of a fan is mainly determined by the design of the fan itself; as long as the relevant physical parameters are provided properly before procurement, the manufacturing process has no impact on the fan’s suction capacity.
1. System leakage. 2. Excessive impurities in the raw materials, resulting in too much non-condensable gas being produced during the reaction. 3. System blockage (the scrubber and condenser are the most prone to blockage; especially the scrubber – check its pressure drop). 4. Problems with the fan itself.
