What is the latest in membrane technology? What is the achievable purity of oxygen? What is the separation efficiency? Which brand of membrane is better?
The oxygen purity is generally in the 30s
Oxygen purities above 30% use the exhaust gas from nitrogen production membranes as input for oxygen production membranes
I have been to Dalian PuriCore Manufacturing Co., Ltd., and I know that they produce this type of membrane; it seems to be an imported membrane that is then used to manufacture components.
In 2011, I came across information from a membrane separation manufacturer – the oxygen concentration was around 40–50%. I’m not sure what the situation is now, but for small-scale applications and in environments requiring high oxygen levels, membrane separation technology is sufficient for oxygen production~~
Most medical oxygen generators use this technology, right?
