The predictive estimate for my system is generally calculated using the following formulas: When the feed is atmospheric-pressure residue, the yield = 85 – (char value – 4.5) – (66 – saturated hydrocarbon content)/3. When the feed is wax oil, the yield = 86 – (char value – 1) – (wax oil density – 919)/1000/2*100 – (66 – saturated hydrocarbon content)/3. I welcome any valuable suggestions from everyone.
It is generally a mixed feed, not a single raw material! So is the formula you provided calculated based on the proportions of the raw materials?

When the feed is wax oil, the yield = 86 – (char value – 3) – ((wax oil density – 919)/1000/2)*100% – (66 – saturated hydrocarbon content)/3 – (oil slurry yield)/2. Our plant uses these formulas to calculate yields, and the results are quite accurate.

For the slurry yield reported in the oil product data, our plant only counts half of it.
