Instrument for detecting combustion conditions in tubular furnace flue gas
Thread Content
I would like to ask about instruments used to monitor the combustion in tube furnaces: those that can measure the oxygen content O2, carbon monoxide content CO, carbon dioxide content CO2, and nitrogen oxide levels in flue gases. What brands are commonly chosen for such purposes, and what are their prices? I’m not sure if anyone has used the brand Fiso Measurement & Control Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. – how is it in terms of performance?
We’re good; we can work together
CO and nitrogen oxides were measured using infrared spectroscopy; O2 was measured using zirconia, while CO2 has not been measured
The oxygen content O2 in flue gas is measured using paramagnetic methods or zirconia; the carbon monoxide content CO is determined by infrared spectroscopy, the carbon dioxide content CO2 is also measured via infrared spectroscopy, while nitrogen oxides are detected using chemiluminescence methods. You can contact Beijing Xiedilong Technology, Focus Technology (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd., and Emerson Process Management Company for these services
The owner’s analysis is called the CEMS system; it monitors the residual oxygen in the flue gases, calculates the combustion efficiency based on carbon monoxide concentration, and monitors sulfur oxides and nitrogen oxides to assess the effectiveness of desulfurization and denitrification processes. Among product brands, Focus Technology is highly competitive.
