Are there any specifications regarding the angle between the two pieces at the same liquid level? Are there any standards?
Vertical opening, flange-connected, with a support underneath.
Oh, it’s usually around 15° or 20°, I think. In any case, I’ve seen these two values on our equipment diagrams. I believe it’s sufficient to choose a value that is a multiple of 5. In principle, there’s no fixed requirement regarding the angle; it’s mainly done to prevent collisions during installation. And if such collisions do occur, simply using a short pipe will suffice, hehe
