There aren’t many people who are familiar with all three of these companies. I have only come into contact with the older models produced by KaiKong and ChuanKong. I would like to ask process experts about the differences in their manufacturing processes.

I am looking for PID diagrams of distillation systems from Hangyang, of grade 60,000 or higher, in order to compare the differences among the three manufacturers! Thank you!
At the level of 60,000 and above, only the 80,000-yuan project in Fangchenggang is available. . .
The process flow is the same. Heat exchangers and towers: Hangyang has a strong advantage. Expander types are strong in terms of air handling capacity, while piston air compressors mostly use open-type designs. The H-type centrifugal compressor is being emptied. For large air compressors, Shaanxi Gas Turbine or Shenyang Gas Turbine are used. The technology for importing moving equipment is more advanced. Oxygen generators for many applications use Hangyang’s products.
The 60,000-class category includes units of 60,000 capacity: 4 units in Shenhua Baotou, 4 units in Shaanxi Yulin, and others as well; Hangyang has a relatively large number of 60,000-class units!
Thank you for the reply! Are you saying that the processes of these three companies are the same, with only the equipment manufacturing differing? But what do people mean when they say that Hangyang’s process is the best?
