We didn’t have any drawings for this blister forming tank at that time, so we drew one ourselves and gave it to the construction team to fabricate it. This doesn’t require much technical skill; it’s just a matter of enlarging the edges of the groove by about 200 units, so that the ion exchange membrane can fit in with some space left. It is welded with plastic sheets, with steel angles serving as legs at the bottom.
Measure the length of the plastic tube for the rolling film, and add 20 cm to obtain the width of the foam film tray; the length and height depend on the number of foam films
