Next, regarding distillation: the amount of extraction water should be increased appropriately to keep the content of residual water at around 16; the purity at the bottom of the pressure column should be improved to around 70, and the reflux ratio of the pressure column should be increased accordingly. The side-stream draw from the atmospheric tower should be increased appropriately. The most effective method is still to use side lines for production. Additionally, the amount of secondary cooling recovery from the pre-tower that enters the system can be reduced.
