Today, a friend told me something. His company issued a appointment letter, appointing one person from the workshop as a technician. But last year he was also appointed as a technician! The explanation given was that last year’s appointment was issued by the production department, while this year’s one was issued by the company itself! Isn’t this a way of deceiving people? How should it be understood?
If a technician isn’t appointed, then what is his position?
The money was available last year; there’s no need to worry so much
Production Department – Shrimp Chaos. Does the Production Department have a human resources department and relevant authority? A more reasonable explanation: the Production or Technology department determines the technician’s qualifications, while the Human Resources department decides on the position, or it could be a position assigned by the company
Sometimes, things that are intangible can motivate people to work harder.
It’s just an acknowledgment; there’s no need for further explanation!
It was the same in my previous job at a state-owned enterprise; I worked as a technician for three years, but that was just an assignment from the workshop – the official staffing arrangements were still handled by the human resources department, and there was no chance for me to be promoted to engineer or anything like that
Isn’t that the case for companies these days? People in middle-management positions do the work of lower-level employees but get paid like them; there’s nothing that can be done about it
Promotions and salary increases are the most important! Check if the salary has changed!
These days it’s like this: when the managers make mistakes, they try to deceive the workers; otherwise, how can they retain them or motivate them?
