It is recommended to add sections in the posts on the management forum detailing the location, region, industry, experience, main focus areas, basic skills, and working hours of moderators, technicians, and engineers, so that help can be sought when facing difficulties.
This is quite good. It is necessary to identify in advance the existing technicians, engineers, and others in relevant specialty areas, and then update this list regularly by making edits in the red-line notes for each section.
It’s a huge amount of work. The prerequisite for calling someone is whether that person is on the forum; if they are there, they will come whether you call them or not ； If they’re not there, what’s the point of calling? The moderators manage the group; most of them are enthusiastic marine enthusiasts, and they don’t necessarily have relevant professional expertise.
