I would like to ask fellow sailors: In indoor fire hydrants, are both fire hoses and fire hose reels required to be installed?
I have only seen fire hoses and nozzles that are coiled and stored inside fire water tanks.
I’ve never seen them configured together at the same time. Fire hoses and nozzles must be provided together.

As long as there is a fire hydrant system in a building, there are also fire hoses. Fire hose reels are generally found in larger public buildings, such as high-end office buildings, large shopping malls, and star-rated hotels. Ordinary residences only have fire hoses, without fire hose reels. The diameter of the fire hose reel is 19 mm, and that of the fire hose is 65 mm.
