Why is there no plan for the Certified Safety Engineer examination in the 2016 work plan for professional and technical personnel examinations on the China Personnel Examination Network? Will it be canceled from now on?

If exams are suspended for a year, or if they aren’t held again for a long time, then the existing certificates will become valuable. Hehe, this is just my personal opinion. In some areas at present, it is strictly required that safety officers in hazardous material production enterprises must include at least one registered safety engineer; a simple employment letter can no longer be used as a substitute. It’s time to improve the compensation for these registered safety engineers: lol. Additionally, I have a question: for the registered safety engineer exam, one needs to pass 4 subjects within two consecutive years – does this refer to any two consecutive years? Should it still be counted from the first registration? For example: Suppose the 4 courses are A, B, C, and D respectively. If one passes subjects A and B in the first year, and only subject C in the second year, then does one have to retake all four subjects in the third year, or is the score obtained for subject C from the second year valid, allowing one to take only subjects A, B, and D?
