As long as the connections are in good condition and the measuring probe makes full contact with the medium being measured, there will be no fluctuations.

If the vibration is too severe, it can cause the terminal blocks to loosen; once they loosen, it leads to temperature fluctuations. Of course, this is one possibility. Another outcome is that the thermal resistor element might be damaged by the vibration

It won’t have an impact, but to prevent excessive vibration in practice, it’s necessary to inform the manufacturer of the flow rate under the operating conditions you’ve designed. If ordinary sleeves are not sufficient, it may be necessary to thicken them or reinforce them with studs. When thickening them, it’s important to consider whether they can still fit in place, especially for XXS sizes. The studs need to be polished on-site; generally, they are made a bit larger, and after polishing on-site, they can be fitted in easily. It’s also not possible to set the temperature directly at the pump outlet during the design phase

What I’m referring to is the fluctuation in the exhaust temperatures at the third and fourth stages of our compressor; it’s not a continuous fluctuation, but rather fluctuations that decrease in amplitude. Upon on-site inspection, the terminals were found to be properly secured. The vibration level measured using a vibration meter was 4 mm/s; it is at this level that temperature fluctuations begin to occur, with the temperature fluctuating by around 10 mm/s
It’s not clear what the principle is. . . Thermistors do not fluctuate in principle. . . It’s probably because of both high vibration and temperature fluctuations occurring at the same time; temperature fluctuations aren’t caused by vibration, right? I don’t know
