Hello everyone. I would like to ask how to convert the measurement values of low-grade steam (assuming it is saturated steam at 0.7 barg) into those of high-grade steam (saturated steam at 10 barg). Should I use the ideal gas equation, or should I calculate it based on heat values? If calculating using heat values, should I use the enthalpy of the steam or something else? ) Thank you all first
What needs to be converted between low-grade and high-grade? Is it converting low-grade into high-grade, or heating a medium with both low-grade and high-grade materials at the same time? Let’s calculate it: if one part of low-grade material is used, how many parts of high-grade material are needed? If this approach isn’t sufficient.
