Diaphragm valves with a standard structure are not suitable for vacuum systems

As the title suggests, it has a standard structure. I know there are vacuum diaphragm valves, but why aren’t those with a standard design suitable?
Typical diaphragm valves are used when the internal pressure is higher than the external pressure under positive pressure; the diaphragm bulges outward and can be pushed back in through the valve stem. After use in a vacuum environment, the diaphragm gets stuck and cannot pop back out; the valve stem experiences only downward pressure and no upward force, so the valve cannot be opened.
