I have a question: For a 10-core or 20-core cable running over a distance of about 200 meters, there are signals related to temperature and pressure changes as well as signals from control valves, with 2 sets of each type. Does signal transmission DCS cause interference?
They are all low-voltage DC signals, so they do not cause interference....
These days, many instrument signals travel from the field to the control room via multiple cables; as long as the instrument cables and electrical cables are kept separate, interference generally does not occur
It’s okay. The interference generated by a DC signal going back and forth has the same magnitude but opposite directions. The effects cancel each other out, with no interference. This is also why control signals do not allow all signals to be connected at one end and transmitted over a single common line, just like power supply lines.
