Urgently address the leakage issue with the large and small valves for torch ignition

How can leaks be prevented at the large lower valve of the flare at the inlet of the repressurization compressor? What should be done if there is a slight leak (with the temperature in the pipeline downstream of the valve being elevated)?
The large and small flare valves have been replaced with ball valves. For torch valves of normal size, butterfly valves are usually chosen; however, their sealing performance is poor, and they can be replaced with ball valves during maintenance.
