DCS’s PV； What are the full English names for CV and SP?

As the title suggests: PV: Is it the actual measured value? SP: Set value (easy to understand). CV: Flow rate? ?
This post was last edited by ylb913 on 2016-8-19 06:54: measured value (PV), setpoint (SP), control output (CV). On a DCS, there are generally three main parameters for control valves: the measured value, the set value, and the valve opening degree, which are denoted respectively as PV, SV, and MV.

Everything above is wrong. In a DCS, the PV stands for process variable, which is the actual measured value; SP refers to the set point; while CV denotes the controlled variable value. The circulation coefficient of a valve is abbreviated as Cv (Circulation Volume), and such a parameter as the valve’s circulation coefficient does not appear in a DCS
