The boss is delaying payment of wages – it’s completely inhumane. He even claims that those who resign are being disloyal to him. After all, everyone needs money to live; yet after delaying wage payments for a year, the boss still thinks he’s in the right. . .
I just want to know how you got through this year
The company used to keep a tight rein; sometimes employees could borrow their salaries and live frugally. Now, if there’s again a situation where salaries aren’t paid on time, I’ll immediately change jobs, without caring about anything else – damn it
You can go to labor arbitration for this; not only can you get your salary back, but you can also receive severance compensation! If labor arbitration doesn’t work, one can file a lawsuit directly.
That’s absolutely correct. Now many people have forgotten the original purpose of the Party ;P
This boss isn’t good. The boss I worked for before, even in his poorest times, would sell his own motorcycle and watch yet never failed to pay his employees on time; he had great character. Now the company generates hundreds of millions per year, and I think it’s the result of that good character he built back then
I heard Japanese people say that in Japan, if wages are not paid for three months, the company is forced to close down. Therefore, I suggest that if an enterprise fails to pay wages for three months, 1. promptly seek labor arbitration to claim the owed wages ; 2. Seek a new job without hesitation.
Hehe, some companies in the shipyard haven’t been paying salaries lately. And it is euphemistically called “irrational rights protection.”
Wages must not be delayed. While I understand the difficulties owners face in getting paid, workers these days have families to support; it’s fine to delay payment for a few days or half a month occasionally, but delaying it for a year is completely unacceptable. Employees provide labor, and bosses pay wages; neither side owes anything to the other. Both sides need to understand each other and try to consider things from the other party’s perspective; then everything can be resolved easily. One fear is unscrupulous bosses who deliberately delay paying wages. The second fear is unscrupulous employees who do nothing yet demand high salaries, and who undermine discipline and work ethics.
