The recycle hydrogen compressor in the hydrocracking unit is equipped with a Hangzhou Steam Turbine of the back-pressure type. However, since the plant began operation, the turbine has stopped operating many times, and no records of the coasting time have been kept. Is it necessary to record this time? What is the purpose of recording the idling time, besides detecting any abnormalities in the impeller and bearings?
