Construction began on the industrial gas project for Air Liquide (Yan’an) Co., Ltd., undertaken by MCC Tian Gong Group. On September 10, work on this project started under the supervision of MCC Tian Gong Group. The industrial gas project of Air Liquide (Yan’an) Co., Ltd. is the first wholly-owned foreign-funded project in the Yan’an area. The project involves the construction of two large-scale air separation units with a capacity of 43,000 Nm3/h each, which will supply the auxiliary gases needed for production as well as part of the circulating cooling water for the comprehensive utilization projects involving coal, oil, and gas resources in Yan’an. The air separation plant mainly includes a compressor building, air filters, air compressors, air coolers, a complex building (including the power distribution room and control room, etc.), a pre-cooling and purification system, cryogenic tanks, systems for circulating water and fire protection, fan cooling towers, tank areas, ground scales, pipe galleries, and foundations for the main equipment. The planned construction period is 588 days.
