Do the blockages at the inlet and outlet of the heat exchanger affect its heat exchange efficiency? Are the two heat exchange effects the same? If the liquid entering the heat exchanger contains substances that can cause blockages, can using the inlet or outlet to create restrictions help keep these blockages within the heat exchanger?
The amount of inlet cards is more appropriate; as the fluid entering the heat exchanger through these cards expands, it is accelerated and pushed out of the heat exchanger. When impurities are present, try to adjust them using a bypass line.
