Are there many dual-income couples in your workplace? Do you think it’s good to find someone from the same company?
There are many of our units. Good companies have high revenues, and the life of couples with both working can be said to be worry-free. For dual-income couples, some find it uncomfortable that there are no secrets to keep, especially since it’s difficult to hide extra money, but such people are few in number. What’s there to worry about now? I’m just afraid the company will go bankrupt and we’ll all be done for……
Our company has at least a dozen such pairs, and I think it’s great – they take care of each other
As long as they’re not in the same department, it’s fine; it’s not that extreme, no need to close down
It’s good for organizations with good benefits
How should one view this thing? Looking at how a company is operating, if it’s functioning normally and is able to generate income enough to support people’s livelihoods, then there’s no need to worry. What’s concerning is when a company performs poorly, leads to salary cuts or even no pay at all. For example, those shipyards a while back – what was that term for demanding wages in an unreasonable manner? If people can’t even survive, why not allow workers to get their wages? It depends on the department; if you’re in the same department or in departments where there is a high likelihood of conflicts due to business interactions, even arguments at home can spill over into work. Moreover, women tend to be talkative and often confide in their female colleagues or close friends. If they take their husband’s dignity into account, that’s one thing; but if they don’t, all the family’s private matters can end up exposed in the company, including things like sexual activities in bed. If the husband is the leader and the wife is in charge of finance, well, the husband never even sees any of the reimbursement claims related to business trips. Don’t even think about having any extra money.
In foreign-owned enterprises, dual employment is generally not allowed; they are not as considerate as state-owned enterprises.
Try not to be in the same place; it is distance that creates beauty! What if, indeed, the company isn’t performing well and they can’t afford to pay either of them? Then they’ll have nothing to eat!
Our company has many. But I think it’s not great either to see each other all the time. Especially in case things don’t go well, we’ll see each other every day from now on. . .
Not good. Generally speaking, there are not many prospects for growth, and changing jobs will be restricted.
