As the title suggests, they keep asking me to come for an interview. The salary during the trial period is 3,500 before taxes, and it rises to 4,000 after the trial period ends. Bonuses are based on performance: a bonus of 2,000 per month for producing 200,000 units in value, and 1,000 for producing 100,000 units. There is also a year-end bonus equivalent to three months’ worth of salary; if the production target is met, this bonus is given, but if not, it is deducted. The company has over 90 employees, including more than 20 in the production department. The HR department has called me many times to ask me to come for an interview, but I think the location is too far away, and I’m not sure whether it’s worth going
I know someone who works there; the main area of activity seems to be in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries. It’s a fairly legitimate design firm. The work mainly involves piping systems and various technical documents. If you lack experience, the salary isn’t very high, but there are decent subsidies for holding professional certification credentials. I’m not sure what the current market situation is like. If you stay there for two years and pass one or two certification exams, it should be possible to make a living there.

At Zhejiang Meiyang, I met their boss when I was 11; he seemed fine. We couldn’t reach an agreement on the business, so I didn’t go there for a site inspection. It gives the impression of being more formal than that Nanjing institution you mentioned. Haha, good luck to you!
