What to do if there is a leak in the internal coil of a small sulfur storage tank?

The company has a sulfur storage tank in cylindrical shape, with a capacity of around 10 cubic meters. During previous shutdowns, the tank was almost completely filled with sulfur, but due to the hasty nature of those shutdowns, the sulfur was not removed from the tank. It was initially planned to move the storage tank, but the space for operation was limited; steam was used to melt it, only to discover that the steam coil was leaking (likely due to internal condensation water freezing over in winter). What are good ways to melt sulfur? @ylb913

It is recommended to use a metal hose to introduce steam (the outlet should be equipped with a drain device or a pressure limiting device). Pay attention to giving the metal coil sufficient weight; it should be inserted through the access hole at the top, first melting the surface layer, after which the metal coil will be able to sink below it.
External electric heating is used, and then the bottom sediment is melted – I’m not sure what the effect will be
