Company annual meeting programs

The company has issued a notice stating that an annual meeting will be held, and all departments are required to prepare performances! Do you all have any fun shows?
Should it be an individual program or a program created by the entire department together? Personally, it’s simple: dancing alone or singing. If the whole department works together, they can put on a skit or do street dance or something.
There’s nothing to fake at work; it’s not fun

For departments, it’s easy to handle on an individual level; but when there are many people involved, they don’t know what to do other than just sing in chorus. It’s all men dancing; it probably doesn’t look good
