Unsatisfied with both the salary and career development opportunities; considering changing jobs? I currently work as a designer at a Class A design firm; I have 8 years of experience, but don’t hold any special certifications. I handle a variety of tasks, which often causes stress – in other words, I know how to do a little bit of everything but am not proficient in any one area. Hehe, I’m not sure what the current market situation is like Is now the right time to change jobs? Is it possible to work in this industry or switch careers? Do any sailors have any suggestions? Or could someone kind recommend a job opportunity?~
The overall situation isn’t very good right now, so one should be cautious when changing jobs
Follow what your abilities and heart desire. The financial industry is doing well these days; some people get a certificate and then start selling insurance.

I know that too; the industry is in a downturn. I’ve considered changing careers to work in environmental protection, sales, or software-related fields, but I also need the right opportunity
What’s not reliable? One of my colleagues went there for 2 years, and now he has bought a car.
Do you need a license to sell insurance? I’m helpless. . . .
It seems like there’s some kind of financial certificate. . .
Oh, it is said to have been canceled by the State Council; now~
