What volume should the sedimentation tanks and grinding tanks for slag water treatment have to meet the water treatment requirements?
At present, for the projects involving 180,000 tons of synthetic ammonia, 200,000 tons of methanol, 300,000 tons of synthetic ammonia, and 300,000 tons of methanol, the design specifications for the sedimentation tanks are a diameter of 18–19 meters and a height of 4.5–5 meters, which is sufficient to meet the requirements. The specifications for the grinding tank are not clear; if the volume of the feeder trough in the grinder is between 100 and 150 cubic meters, that will be sufficient. There is no fixed requirement for the size of the waste slurry tank – 50 cubic meters is sufficient, though a larger volume is also possible.
What is the coal feeding rate? The sedimentation tank should have a capacity of at least 1,600 liters, and the grinding tank should have a capacity of at least 1,000 liters. This way, you will have sufficient production redundancy to handle any fluctuations; otherwise, it will be difficult for you once production starts
The daily processing capacity for dry coal is around 3,500 tons. The diameter of the sedimentation tank is 24 meters and its height is 5.5 meters. The grinding tank is 17 meters long, 8.5 meters wide, and 5 meters high. The slag collection tank is 34 meters long, 12 meters wide, and 4 meters high
