I would like to ask everyone: when a vertical pipe is connected to a horizontal pipe, is there any mechanical structure that allows this horizontal pipe to rotate 30 degrees left and right in a horizontal plane? Just like a robotic arm, it can swing left and right; the only difference is that the arm is replaced by a tube. Moving left and right is intended to avoid the objects below, to facilitate lifting during driving.
I asked a manufacturer, and they said a rotary compensator would work; I don’t quite understand it, so I’ll study it further

I took a look; it seems they use this kind of thing mostly for LNG loading and unloading – it’s quite sophisticated. I just have a simple air duct, nothing that complicated :)
Ducts can be connected using flexible connectors or joints
The manufacturer recommends a rotary compensator. There are steel balls inside that can rotate. The soft connection has been considered and approved; isn’t the joint you mentioned used in bearings? I don’t understand how the duct can be used – it’s not clear inside at all. :L
