As the title suggests, alkaline cleaning is to be carried out on the pipelines of the purification equipment. Is heating necessary? What should be the temperature control? Are there any relevant standard requirements? I would appreciate guidance from those with expertise! Thank you!
When heating, the temperature of the alkaline solution must be well controlled, so as not to raise it to the range where the material is susceptible to alkaline corrosion.
These should all be empirical values, determined through testing by the manufacturer
