Ammonia denitration, limestone slurry desulfurization, right? It is recommended to try using imported ceramic valves
N08926 or Hastelloy
A carbon steel lining can actually be good; it mainly depends on the manufacturing process. If that’s not possible, then use stainless steel grades such as 2205, 2507, or C276. Increase sequentially according to the corrosion condition
Is the temperature very high? This material cannot withstand high temperatures; it stops working properly once the temperature exceeds 80 degrees
Not very high, but the 316L one was also corroded
In this case, a PTFE lining is needed
The PTFE lining works very well; no corrosion was observed.
HC276 will work, or a PTFE lining can be used. However, we don’t manufacture lining valves, so we’re not quite sure. You could also try nickel-based; it should work as well
