What is the operating pressure of the valve? Is it because it’s too close to the pressure source? PTFE is too soft and gets cut off by the high-pressure flow.

The medium contains solids. What is the temperature when it is ≤100°? PTFE at 90~100° for a long time also doesn’t work. How long has this valve been in use before it became in such poor condition? If cost is a concern, it’s sufficient to simply replace the valve seat. Or replace it with a valve seat that is more wear-resistant and heat-resistant. There are PEEK, PPL, molon, TFM. If you want to use it for a long time, you might consider using hard balls or V-balls. Hard balls are more expensive, while V balls are cheaper. Clamped V-ball should be cheaper. The V-ball can scrape through media containing solids.
