塩酸分解廃水の高酸度問題

当社では塩酸分解用の完全除去装置を導入しました。運用初期には酸含有量を1％前後まで下げることができましたが、安定していません。ここ数ヶ月間は廃酸水の含有量が6～10％にも達することがあります。運用データのパラメータ自体は基本的に正常ですが、一体何が原因なのでしょうか？皆さんのご指導をお願いします
