LZYN一诺の質量流量計の現場での流量は正常ですが、DCSに出力される流量値はゼロになっています。配線には問題ないようです。4線式で24Vの独立した電源を使用し、セーフガードも装備されています。流量計で何を設定する必要があるか教えてほしいです。基本的な項目はすべて設定しました。皆さん、どう思われますか???? ご教示いただけますでしょうか????
