シーメンスのSCANLANCE W788-1PROを2台導入しているのですが、2台間での通信ができません。IPアドレスに対してpingを送っても反応しません。しかし、それぞれの装置に対して個別にpingを送ると正常に接続できます。設定はすべてマニュアルに従って行っていますが、どなたか問題の原因を教えていただけませんか？
