其实只要dcs不停电操作室就可以看到自保动作情况,因为自保都是有回讯的。反而是去现场停原料泵关喷嘴比较重要。我们装置有喷嘴返回事故旁通线的总线伐关了喷嘴后要及时打开防止死路尤其是冬季如果凝了就完了。如果夏天如果重油线伴热停了也要及时投上防止凝线。改好线后可以原料循环,有些装置是旁通回原料罐的这个比较好可以开泵及时循环,为开工做准备。
