我认为只要检测除氧器中水的溶解氧是不是在要求范围就好了啊,为什么一直在纠结进水温度的问题。进水温度高如果是蒸汽凝液脱氧引起的,那你的除氧器就不用开,如果不符合要求,还是要开蒸汽的吧。
主要除盐水进水温度足够高,能使得不添加任何蒸汽的情况下,除氧器依然能达到正常工作温度(例如104℃),那么蒸汽全关也是没有问题的。 不过感觉如果这样的话,除氧器的内部工况反而有点像闪蒸器了,可能有点能量浪费。
除氧器压力一般控制微正压0.01-0.02Mpa,温度般在103℃,如果长时间没有蒸汽除氧,会出现氧含量超标现象
个人觉得只要除氧水中的溶解氧合格的情况下,这个蒸汽可以不开。虽然叫热力除氧器,其实其结构中还有部分物理除氧的物质存在于除氧头部。
可以的,我这有时候水温高,蒸汽流量都是0,溶氧还是很好的,但是水温高到一定程度以后,除氧器的压力不受控制了,很容易超压,所以水温还是要根据具体的工况去调整
