泵的供应商都有相关的特性曲线图,根据那个图可以自由选泵。 以我推断你也不是设计者,人家供应商说行你就大胆的用吧。 反正在这了说错了也不罚款;P 要是感觉心里没底,还是破费些吧,找个设计院那是最巴适了。出了事情有设计员负责。哦哦,再找个第三方监理确认:lol
圈子不是固定的,遇到有交叉的情况就可能出现类似的问题。比如都是做泵的,一家企业做泵很多年,营业额不小了,单位主要都是工人,销售、生产、管理文化程度都不高,管理也比较混乱。接了一个客户高度危害或者高洁净度要求的产品,对条款看不懂的情况下接单也不是不可思议。 接了收钱交货了,不符合就扯皮吧,金额不大打官司耗时耗力,官司不好打赢,打赢了不好执行。你不跟我做生意,我还继续做我的水泵,不缺客户
本帖最后由 流水之云shine 于 2019-8-12 17:31 编辑 业主自己凭经验选的,流量大了一倍,原来的扬程是50米液柱,而且泵的材质变了,耐温变低了。他就是想让我核实一下,看看能不能用。
泵的特性曲线暂时没有提供,最终厂家还没有确定。我分析了基本上够用,一个原因这是装卸泵,装卸站是场外的,在降低流速和扬程情况下运行,时间上可以稍微延长一点,当然这要获得场地和供货方的认可。二是这两台泵并联一开一备,实在不行,可以双泵同时开,可以稍微增加一点扬程。
