Turbocharger lubricant foam problem

I’m seeking advice from experts: The oil level in our company’s turbines has dropped, so it’s necessary to top up the oil. After adding 2 barrels (170 kg) of oil – the system originally contained around 83 barrels of oil, which were replaced half a year ago – foam formation increased. Tests showed that the properties of the new oil were satisfactory, with values of 10/0, 10/0, 10/0. After the oil was added, samples taken from the tank showed foam properties of 340/0, 50/0, 310/0. Before adding the oil, there was little to no foam; after addition, there was some foam that persisted for 3 days without disappearing. I would appreciate it if you could help me determine the cause. If the oil is fine, control the oil feeding temperature properly. Observe how long the oil stays in the tank and what the temperature of the tank is.
Is the leakage of vapor into the oil serious? If nothing else works, consider buying an oil filter machine to clean it regularly or continuously.
The oil temperature is around 60 degrees, the moisture content is no higher than 50PPM; the oil filter is turned on regularly, and foam is still present...
