What safety hazards exist in both the operating presses and the backup presses?
Regarding safety, it is likely due to improper operation in accordance with procedures, as well as defects in the interlock design.
Pressure retention. Insufficient lubrication causes the bearing shells to stick together and the cylinders to get damaged. Liquid enters the intake, and excessive mechanical vibration leads to mechanical failures
1. Fracture caused by pipeline vibration fatigue. 2. Compressor leakage. 3. Excessive vibration in the unit can lead to bolt loosening and fractures. 4. Damage to the cylinder. 5. Fatigue fracture of the piston cylinder. 6. Rod fracture, resulting in cylinder collision. 7. Piston rod fracture. In summary, 80% of such issues occur in the main engine, 15% in the auxiliary equipment, and the remaining 5% occur in pipelines, valves, electrical components, and other related parts. Therefore, it is necessary to take preventive measures, to have strong technical capabilities, and most importantly, to ensure strict control over procurement processes – never purchase inferior products. If the materials are flammable, explosive, or toxic, an accident could result in irreparable losses.
