Our factory produces DMO in a closed-loop system that includes equipment such as synthesis towers, absorption towers, recycle gas compressors, preheaters, and pumps. Now we need to prepare a document outlining the impact of failures in these moving equipment on the system. What aspects of such equipment should be taken into consideration? (Examples would be best) Thank you!

Such as providing pressure, flow rate, head, changing speed, stirring, etc. Their deviation from the specified range has an impact on the process. This way of writing is simple, clear, and practical. This is the middle. The other two sections are to be prepared by the equipment department, which is responsible for drafting plans for preventing failures in moving equipment and for handling emergencies. The process department prepares emergency response plans for processes.
