Why does the purified gas separated by the cyclone separator flow upward? Why doesn’t it flow downward into the ash hopper?
The density of a gas is always lower than that of a solid, right?
Normally, the ash hopper is blocked with ash, preventing proper flow
This is caused by the structure of the cyclone separator; the dust drops downward. If it is blocked by dust, prepare a hammer to knock the dust off. To determine if dust has blocked it: no more dust falls, touch it with your hand; if the lower part is cold, then it is blocked.
It will go downward; this is related to gas pressure as well – when the gas pressure is high, gas will emerge from the outlet
The principle of a cyclone separator is to utilize differences in gravity for separation! The resulting centrifugal force! Gas upward! Solid down!
Is there any special structure at the bottom outlet of the cyclone separator to prevent leaks? Is it still in direct contact with the atmosphere?
On my end, there is a ash extractor at the bottom that draws out the ash, without being in direct contact with the atmosphere
By centrifugal separation, the denser substances sink while the less dense ones are pushed to the upper layer.
