If the lubricant’s viscosity is too low, a little butter can be added.
What is the reason for severe wear of the crankshaft and bearing shells? Can the lubricating oil properly reach the friction surfaces? Does foreign material enter the oil chamber and pull things along? It’s hard to say without seeing the scene for other reasons.

Lubricant No. 46 will do. As for the phenomenon you mentioned, it might be caused by other reasons. Things such as the clearance of the bearing shells, whether the bearing shells are clean, or whether other substances have entered the bearing housing, etc.
