A discharge valve for a drying tank, hydraulically driven. After the valve is opened to the proper position, release the button; the valve stem moves forward slowly for about ten centimeters before stopping. The three-way four-position valve, hydraulic check valve, accumulator, filter, and other components of the hydraulic system were all found to be in good condition. This phenomenon occurred only after replacing the cylinder; when the old cylinder was connected to the system, the same issue appeared. 1. Check the pressure of the accumulator; 2. Drain all air from the hydraulic system
Is this valve for on/off operation or regulation? If it operates as a switch, there should be buffer adjustment screws at both ends of the cylinder. It can be resolved by adjusting the screw.
Those without adjustment screws use proximity switches to control the stroke and throttle valves to control the speed
It’s an open system, so no gas will remain. The accumulator inspection is normal
When operating, release the button and check whether the solenoid valve is powered on and off in a timely manner. It’s best to use a flowchart. The information is incomplete now. For common on-site failures, the manufacturer has manufacturing experience but no maintenance experience.
