What are the specific boundaries between the project’s construction phase and the pre-commissioning/commissioning/start-up phase? Please give me some advice. Thank you.
Pre-commissioning should refer to pre-testing, which is part of the preparations before testing. For example: run the program in simulation first to check whether there are any bugs in the system. At the same time, verify that the machinery, electrical components, instruments, and pipelines have been installed correctly and are not loose or damaged in any way ； Check whether the entire system is ready for testing. Commissioning refers to testing; once the conditions for debugging are met, the system can be tested. During debugging, the system may either start up or shut down.
