Seeking help regarding diaphragm compressor failures

It is a hydrogen diaphragm compressor with two-stage compression. During operation, the exhaust pressure of the first stage suddenly increased at a rapid rate, and the second-stage diaphragm head detected leakage pressure. The exhaust valve of the first stage, as well as the intake and exhaust valves of the second stage, have been replaced; leak tests were conducted on all these valves before reinstallation. However, the problem persists even after the compressor was started up for testing. I seek help from everyone!
As the primary exhaust pressure increases, does the primary oil discharge pressure also increase?
Is the secondary diaphragm leaking? Can’t draw in the gas at the primary outlet to do work?
After ruling out valve issues, and considering the leakage in the secondary diaphragm head, it is preliminarily inferred that the rapid decrease in the actual air volume supplied to the secondary diaphragm head led to a swift increase in the pressure between stages. It is very likely that the deformation or leakage of the secondary diaphragm is responsible for this decrease in air volume. If the leakage pressure of the diaphragm continues to rise or the leakage rate increases rapidly, this can serve as an auxiliary indicator.
